Parking
- Parking on Velké náměstí and Kostelním náměstí is allowed exclusively for vehicles with confirmed registration.
- Vehicles without valid registration will not be allowed to enter or park in these locations.
- Given that the event takes place in the historical city center, we recommend local visitors to arrive on foot.
- For visitors who need to arrive by car, we recommend using adjacent parking areas outside the city center.
- Exhibitors bringing their vehicles on a trailer can use the Menšíkova parking lot for trailer parking.
We ask all event participants to follow these rules, which are necessary to ensure safety, smooth traffic, and the smooth running of the event.

Visitor Rules
Please do not touch the vehicles without the permission of the owner or authorized person. In case of damage (including by your child), you take full responsibility and the vehicle owner may claim damages. Such behavior may lead to expulsion from the event area.
Avoid any behavior that could endanger health or property.
You give consent to a security check upon entry and potential storage of prohibited items.
You agree to the taking of photos and videos from the event and acknowledge that you may appear in published materials.
Do not enter under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and do not consume them in the event area.
If you see anyone damaging property, report it immediately to the organizing team.
All movement in the event area is at your own risk.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program, participants, or partners.
Important Information for Exhibitors
Arrival of vehicles
Velké náměstí in Prachatice is accessible for arrival:
- Friday, July 24, 2026, from 19:00 to 22:00
- Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 8:00 to 11:00
Outside these times, vehicles are not allowed to enter the square.
Departure from the venue
- Saturday, July 25, 2026, after 18:00
- Sunday, July 26, 2026, until 10:00
Registration & Conditions
There is one exhibition area – Velké náměstí, Prachatice with a capacity of up to 100 vehicles.
Selection of vehicles for approval will take place.
Strict ban on burnouts and pops & bangs in the entire exhibition area.
All registrations are responded to by email. Once your registration for Salty Road Meet is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for paying the registration fee.
The registration fee includes:
- Reserved spot for your car
- Gift package from Salty Road and our partners
- Ticket to the afterparty
After payment is received, we will send you your registration confirmation with a registration number (needed for accreditation) and complete exhibitor instructions.
Registration Fee
The registration fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer as confirmation of your participation.
- If canceled up to 14 days before the event: Full refund
- If canceled less than 14 days before the event: Non-refundable
